Jennifer Boudrye, the founder of Parent With Care, LLC, is driven by an unwavering commitment to supporting parents of LGBTQ+ youth, teens, and young adults in their quest for understanding, connection, and celebration.
Her approach is practical yet profound, offering transformative 1:1 coaching, dynamic group sessions, workshops, and engaging presentations that empower parents to affirm and embrace their exceptional children.
Jennifer brings a wealth of personal and professional experience to her coaching. As a devoted parent of three remarkable adult children, one of whom identifies as bisexual, and a dedicated bonus parent to a courageous transgender man, she embodies the essence of empathy and support. Her academic achievements include master’s degrees in library science and educational leadership, and she is a certified parent coach through the Jai Institute for Parenting.
With a former career as a school librarian spanning from pre-K to 12th grade, Jennifer’s ability to connect with youth and their families is unparalleled. Her tenure as the former Director of Library Programs for DC Public Schools underscores her leadership and lasting impact in education.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Jennifer serves as the Education Director for Equality Loudoun in Loudoun County, VA providing education and support to local government, non-profit, businesses, and community groups to improve the lives of the LGBTQ+ community.
